Deccan Cements yesterday said that IL&FS Trust Company has picked up an additional 2.01 percent stake in the company to raise its overall stake in the company to 19.82 per cent.IL&FS Trust company had 12.47 lakh shares or 17.81 per cent stake in the Hyderabad-based cement manufacturer before the transaction held between February and November this year. During the period, IL&FS Trust Company bought 1.4 lakh shares or 2.01 per cent stake in the company through open market transactions both in BSE and National Stock Exchange.

Deccan Cements yesterday said that IL&FS Trust Company has picked up an additional 2.01 percent stake in the company to raise its overall stake in the company to 19.82 per cent.IL&FS Trust company had 12.47 lakh shares or 17.81 per cent stake in the Hyderabad-based cement manufacturer before the transaction held between February and November this year.
